We will contact your borrower and work directly with them to help them know exactly what is needed to satisfy the conditions of their loan. Our goal is to satisfy conditions within 48 hours of receipt from the lender.

Surprises are fun, but not when you are at the signing table. With our triple check system we will keep your customers happy and informed prior to and during signing. Its our main goal to leave surprises out of the funding equation.
